With a deep-rooted development background, the REALTY division of MAC HAIK ENTERPRISES focuses on developing Class A commercial office buildings, hotels, and shopping centers.  While always integrating value engineering and forecast control, a considerable amount of attention is given to the first-class appearance and functional aspect of each project. 

MAC HAIK MANAGEMENT LTD (MHM) has managed as much as 4.5 million square feet of commercial properties throughout Texas at any given time with an average tenant retention rate of more than 97%.  MHM has been involved in leasing, management, asset disposition, consulting, construction, janitorial, security, architectural and fee development services for commercial real estate properties ranging in size from 13,000 square feet to more than 1.8 million square feet with leases that range from 800 square feet to 600,000 square feet.

We are currently leasing Class A office space in Energy Tower IV located in the Energy Corridor District at I-10 and Kirkwood Dr. in Houston, TX.
