He earned both his Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Mississippi, equipping him with a solid foundation in finance and business administration. ​

At MHE, Alec is instrumental in financial strategy and project development, including co-conceiving the Kirkwood project—a new upscale restaurant inspired by historic Chicago dining establishments. He serves on the Kirkwood Steering Committee, representing family interests and ensuring alignment with MHE's vision.​
