Dan Anfinson serves as Chief Operating Officer of Mac Haik Restaurant Group, where he leads operations and strategic growth across the company’s expanding restaurant portfolio. Under his leadership, MHRG has grown its First Watch portfolio to 27 locations across Texas, earned recognition as First Watch Franchise Partner of the Year, and launched original concepts including Kirkwood, the group’s full-service American restaurant in Houston’s Energy Corridor.

With more than two decades of restaurant and hospitality leadership experience, Dan brings expertise in multi-unit operations, growth strategy, brand development, P&L management, and team leadership. He is focused on building strong teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and developing scalable operations that support long-term growth.
