Joseph Kubicki is the Chief Operating Officer of Mac Haik Enterprises (MHE), bringing over 25 years of real estate-focused accounting experience. A graduate of Regis University with a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Finance and Accounting, he has worked across multiple real estate sectors, including multi-family, commercial, retail, office, and hospitality.
Joseph began his career at Security Capital Prologis, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s European presence. He later worked with leading Houston-based real estate developers, including Greystar, DNC Companies, Newmark/Trophy Homes, and Weingarten Realty, overseeing large-scale portfolios and implementing operational efficiencies.
